While the client’s internal team managed the physical room setup and venue logistics, Inconf took full ownership of the digital execution, a critical distinction, as our event iPads operate within a custom, enterprise-grade ecosystem that cannot be replicated with off-the-shelf hardware. Deploying 18 additional iPads with less than 24 hours’ notice required rapid, overnight action.
Our engineering team locally sourced the extra units, enrolled them into our Mobile Device Management (MDM) network, locked them into secure single-app kiosk modes with encrypted document protection, and synchronised interactive presentation materials over-the-air.
By hand-delivering fully configured, pre-charged devices directly to the venue team before doors opened, we ensured every new investor received a seamless, high-touch digital experience delivered as if the last-minute increase had been planned all along.
