During pre-event stress-testing, our broadcast engineers identified significant infrastructure instability on the venue’s local network under full broadcast load.
The event could technically have proceeded on the existing setup but it did not meet Inconf’s standards. On a shared venue connection, a minor spike in local traffic or packet loss could have caused audio drops, pixelation, or a complete stream drop during critical investor presentations.
It would likely work, but ‘likely’ isn’t good enough when communicating with institutional investors and high-net-worth attendees.
